FLAIR Final Project Meeting in Barcelona | 11-12 June, 2026
In June 2026, the FLAIR consortium held its final in-person meeting for the project period, gathering for two days to finalize the results from work packages 3 and 4.
A significant milestone was the completion of the Teaching Toolkit, which includes the interdisciplinary learning activities available for use. Additionally, the partner organizations created a blueprint featuring self-learning activities and materials that can be adapted by teachers as Open Educational Resources (OERs), allowing for flexible integration into various teaching formats. These materials will be completed over the summer and published on this website.
To ensure the project results reach a broader audience, national dissemination events are planned to take place in Tükiye and the Netherlands this summer, and in Estonia, Spain and Ireland this autumn. Furthermore, the consortium discussed the long-term impact of the project outcomes and explored opportunities for future collaboration after the project’s conclusion in November.
Seamless Learning Conference | October 16-17, 2025 in Vienna
On October 16-17 2025 WU Vienna was hosting a two-day conference on “Molding minds – Melding modes”. As part of the annual Seamless Learning Conference, first results of the FLAIR project were presented to an interested public. A special “FLAIR”-Track focused on the question of how AI competences can be meaningfully fostered in higher education – for both learners and teachers.
FLAIR Mid-Project Meeting | October 17-18, 2025 in Vienna
Following the successful Seamless Learning Conference, the FLAIR project consortium immediately moved on to a two-day mid-project meeting. The next steps for work packages 3 and 4 were defined. After laying the groundwork in the first year, ideas are now being put into practice:
– a blueprint for self-learning modules and a comprehensive library of materials
– a toolkit with learning activities, including learning nuggets that can be directly embedded in courses.
